A Little Bit About Guigsy... Everybody loves Guigs. His most famous moment was definitely back in 1995 when he was forced to stay home during an Oasis tour due to a bout of nervous exhaustion. This caused mass turmoil since the replacement bass player Oasis hired - Scott McLeod - quit a few days into the tour. That's proof that Oasis has to stay together... they can't function without one of the lads! Guigsy is very quiet but incredibly sweet... though apparantly he was quite the scrapper when he was young!
My personal favorite Guigsy moment was when he apologized to me, completely stoned, because Scott McLeod quit and the Toronto gig was subsequently cancelled! He gave me a big hug and I've thought he was ace ever since...
